Can a tooth hurt after a filling or reconstruction?
If the lesion that has been filled was very deep, the nerve may become inflamed and cause discomfort. In these cases, you may feel tooth sensitivity during the 3-5 days following the intervention.

Should baby teeth be filled if they have cavities?
