How can you recommend us?

You have two options:

Come to the reception desk, ask for a 'Recommend a friend' card and give it to your family member/friend. Fill it in with your details and ask them to show it to us when they come for a visit. Once they do, we will add a positive balance of €25 to your patient files.
Fill in the following form and we will inform your friend or family member directly. When they come to visit, identifying themselves as your family member or friend, we will add a positive balance of €25 to your patient files.
