Is the treatment painful?

Yes, we recommend that this surgery be performed under dental sedation provided by our team of anesthesiologists, for greater patient comfort.

How long should I wait to get dental implants after getting the bone insert?

It depends largely on the amount and quality of bone that has been placed. In some cases, the implants are placed in the same surgery. In other cases, you must wait between 3 and 9 months until the new bone is integrated. Consult your Abaden dentist to find out what your case is.

Will I be able to live a normal life after the operation? Eat and drink?

Yes, your doctor will prescribe medication so that you do not have pain after the operation and will indicate what type of food you can eat and drink. In general, it is recommended not to drink very hot drinks or very hard foods after surgery.
