TTFA TeethToday Full Arch® is an exclusive treatment developed by the team of surgeons and dentists at ABADEN that allows you to replace all the teeth in an arch with implants in a single session using the immediate loading technique.
Unlike the conventional technique, this technique allows the placement of a complete hybrid prosthesis on the same day of surgery, since the implants heal at the same time as they provide a function. This is a great advantage at an aesthetic and functional level, since it allows the patient to leave with teeth on the same day of surgery.

In which cases is it recommended?
This implant treatment is indicated for those people who, for various reasons, have lost all their teeth (edentulous patients) or for those whose teeth have a poor prognosis in the short term.
Although there is an alternative to the placement of implants in the complete arch (removable prosthesis or denture), at Abaden we advise against it, since, as it is not attached to the bone, it has mobility and, in addition to being uncomfortable for the patient, over time it causes a loss of gum and bone that will make it difficult to place dental implants if the patient wishes to consider this option in the future.

Process of painless implantology
1. First visit
In the first visit, the dentist performs an examination in the mouth and takes photographs and X-rays to have the maximum possible records of your case.
2. Case study
Dentists from various specialties meet in a clinical session to jointly study all your records, agree on a diagnosis and plan a treatment plan. In most cases it is necessary to perform a 3D scan of the mouth.
3. Molds
The treatment is explained to you and we resolve all your possible doubts. Next, molds of your mouth are taken to make your fixed prosthesis on implants. You must also present an analysis for the anesthesiologist.
4. Sedation
We make an appointment for the intervention. Before the operation, our anesthesiologist provides you with sedation so that you will be in a state of deep relaxation similar to sleep.
5. Surgical intervention
While you are sedated, the “natural” teeth are removed (if any) and the dental implants are placed. Once placed, the prosthesis is fixed on the implants.
6. Control and revisions
During the first year, we will carry out check-ups with the dentist in which a cleaning is also carried out, to guarantee a long durability of the treatment. After one year, annual check-ups are carried out.
